RESERVATION FEE:
NO GCASH/PAYMENT NO PENCIL BOOKING POLICY
The renter must pay 50% of the total number of hours to be rented via
Gcash to 0917-8228146
or Bank Transfer to

The 50% balance must be paid in cash after the shoot.
INGRESS :
The rental time shall start exactly on booked schedule.
The renter must come 15 minutes early before the rental schedule.
EGRESS:
The renter must clean up before they leave the studio.
Or pay P700 for the clean-up.
MAX NUMBER OF PEOPLE:
The maximum number of people allowed in the studio shall be 20 PAX.
DURING THE SHOOT:
The studio is located inside a residential/commercial building.
The renter must minimize noise and must avoid loitering in the lobby and hallway.
CANCELLATION:
In the event of cancellation, the renter's deposit shall be forfeited.
However, if the cancellation is caused by natural calamities such as floods, earthquakes,
or total power failure, then rescheduling shall be allowed.
ON DAMAGES AND MISSING EQUIPMENT:
The renter is liable for damages that may happen to the equipment and other studio properties. The renter must shoulder the repair or replace the unit with a similar brand and model. The studio manager will inform you of all the properties inside the studio and all the equipment that comes with the rental fee.
No studio property shall leave the studio.
The renter shall be liable for any missing equipment or property.
ON USING OWN LIGHTS:
No discounts are given when the renter is bringing his own equipment.
ON BRINGING PROPS/COSTUMES/PRODUCTS/FOOD:
Pixelpro Studio will not hold the props/costumes/products/food in advance. All items must be delivered to the studio 30 minutes before or during the scheduled shoot. If in case perishable goods will be delivered, the renter must inform the studio manager if he/she will require a refrigerator. The refrigerator fee is P50 per hour.
STUDIO ASSISTANT:
The rental fee comes with a studio assistant. He shall assist the renter in the operation of the equipment.
The assistant is not allowed to leave the studio during the shoot.
BACKGROUND PAPER:
An additional P120.00 per foot shall be charged for the background paper extended on the floor.
A 6 ft background floor extension shall cost the renter P 720.00 or P120.00 per foot
ON SENSITIVE SHOOTS:
NO NUDE PHOTOGRAPHY IS ALLOWED.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:
NO ALCOHOLIC DRINKS AND OTHER BANNED SUBSTANCES ARE ALLOWED

COVID -19 RULES
1. Everyone must wear facemasks except for the Talent when in the shooting area.
2. Always wash your hands every time you touch something that you think is not safe.
3. Always disinfect your hand and belongings.
