Shooting with one light source

My Japanese clients came to my studio and we shot this "Katsuobushi" for their wall poster. I used one light with a grid attachment. What the grid does is it makes the light more narrow and focus.

Just like a snoot. It also prevents side spill lights making the background darker. The result is a more dramatic and artistic shot that my clients loved. Good job for me. :)
